ABOUT THE SHOW:

It's a show that proves educational programs don't have to be boring.

This children's animated series stars WordGirl, a superheroine who fights villains in Fair City — villains with names like Dr. Two-Brains, Lady Redundant Woman and Chuck the Evil Sandwich Making Guy — using her super speed, super strength and super vocabulary. But the thing about WordGirl is that when you strip away her secret identity, she's a 10-year-old girl named Becky Botsford, dealing with all the issues normal, everyday 10-year-olds deal with.
