Our "Real Estate Phil's-osophies" campaign focused on the advice Phil Dunphy had for potential homebuyers, but as the National Association of REALTORS' Annual Conference and Expo was approaching, we wondered... might Phil might have some advice specific to REALTORS that we could package and offer to conference attendees as a way to celebrate the success of "Real Estate Phil's-osophies?" We called it The REALTOR Phield Guide: Practical Survival for the Real Estate Wilderness; it's the ultimate scouting guide for all things REALTOR.
